How do you get arrested for resisting arrest with no accompanying charges? Can you resist not being arrested then charged with resisting? Hopefully Bobby fom Georgia can help straighten Adrian out.

It seems like the police are trying to cover their backs here. They said that he pushed an off duty officer who then stumbled. If that story is true then they could charge him with assault so everything seems fishy.
