2015 Lunge NASCAR Challenge - The Daytona 500

The time has arrived for the annual Lunge NASCAR Challenge!! Just a couple updates on the process and the scoring system this year for anyone who did not vote in the thread last week!

-Each week, every participant will select one (1) primary driver and one (1) alternate driver.
-Your two drivers will earn points based on their finish. If either of your driver were to finish in first place, you would receive 43 points corresponding to finish, 2nd place 42, 3rd place 41 and so on and so forth until 43rd receives 1 point.
-If your primary driver does finish in first place, you will receive the points corresponding to his finish (1st place yields 43 points) plus 57 bonus points
-If your alternate pick finishes in first place, you will receive the points corresponding to his finish (1st place yields 43 points) plus 7 bonus points.

-When The Chase for the Sprint Cup begins, the top 16 in the standings will advance into the playoffs.
-All points will then be reset and the challenger in first place in the standings will receive 16 points to start the chase. Challenger in second place will receive 15 points and so on and so forth until the 16th place challenger will receive 1 point.
-After the end of each chase segment (3 races), the lowest four challengers in points will be eliminated from contention for the Lunge NASCAR Challenge.
-If your primary choice wins any race in the Chase Segment, you will automatically advance to the next round.
-The last race at Homestead, there will be 4 challengers remaining and the challenger with the most points at the end of that race will be crowned the 2015 Lunge NASCAR Challenge Winner.

Drivers can be adjusted up until the Green Flag drops for that week. If you change your picks after the drop of the Green Flag, your picks WILL NOT be counted for that week.

Also new for 2015: If for one week life catches up to you and you happen to miss your picks, you will automatically be assigned the drivers who qualified 42nd and 43rd that week during qualifying. This does not mean your picks will be drivers who have dropped to the back for unapproved changes or moved to a backup car. This grace will be given once during the year, after that, you will not receive any points for that given week.

As of now, the top 3 finishes will be awarded a year long membership with TigerNet (not sure on the classifications yet, so stay tuned). Other prizes may be thrown in from time to time based on the generosity of participants.
