I would say he needs that raise very quickly. Texas A&M is already calling trying to take him from us and that is something we don't need.

I feel certain that BV will be fairly compensated for how he has turned this team's defense around. BV will be a HC soon if he wants it and hopefully not for a couple of years. Need to bring in a very competent understudy to follow him.
