Other new words/terms:

Cootvertible - a Coot fan pretending to be an Alabama fan. A few have already appeared but we'll see most of them after their bowl. Next season, that person is a Coot fan again. When you meet one, compliment them on finally choosing a winning team but ask them that since they switched teams, did they consider the winners from our state?

The Parker Lewis Bowl - on Sept 14, 2019 the Coots play Bama at home. One would think that would be the only bright spot of the Coot's day. No. Back in the early 90s there was a TV show titled "Parker Lewis Can't Lose." Same with the Coots. Win ( ha ) or lose, Coots have been riding Bama's coattails for so long that a loss in this game is a win for the Coots since Bama won. Bama is probably already favored by about 80 points.

Apcootplexy: Ap-coot-plexy

Basically the condition whereby any football news or statistic renders a coot at the incapable or speechlessness caused by extreme anger/disappointment/regret/longing/lust for ones siblings/despair. often this news/statistic does not reinforce the coots decoosional view that SCAR football is relevant or successful in any way.

Example: any post-game vlog of a coot explaining how they lost to about any team.

Treatment: None, but jumping onto another SEC's bandwagon can mask the symptoms.
