When we just had DW and Stoudt. All 3 are capable QBs. Great time to be a Tiger for sure! ????

Stoudt did fine after Chad Morris left.

I haven't seen a QB so mishandled since Bowden was fired.

Perhaps... but Morris handled Taj and DW just fine...

so you have to allow for the fact that some of it was Stoudt’s issue too... Morris was indeed stubborn and tried to force Stoudt to play his style and Stoudt just couldn’t.

It is a difficult thing when you don’t recruit the guy and you have a certain mode of play you want to play and the player just cannot get there. That is where Chad Morris needed to improve.

All that said, Streeter and Elliott seem to know how to use what they have off the shelf. I guarantee you, when they recruited KB they expected him to move to another position eventually. But KB would not relent and got better and better and ultimately was the best QB option standing, mostly due to dual threat style. For some reason, our staff loves the mobile QB option versus the pure passer. And in college, it tends to make sense.

Regardless, we are in a much, much better soot than back then at QB. We should all be happy about that and stop obsessing over who will start. Let the season unfold.

I personally want both on the field at times and just watch the opposing D melt down. ????

conclusion from one game. That's not nearly a large enough sample size to reduce variance.
