runner should have been promoted to second. No way the right fielder makes a throw to second. Next batter made it moot, but doesn't change the crap call by the ump.

the ball drew chalk---there may have been a play at the plate, but I think the OSU 3rd base Coach would've sent him home the way the ball ricocheted---and the batter should've been sent to 2nd

How did that outfield ump miss that call??
