The game you are referring to was against UCONN Clock DID not start until it left shooters hand,regardless vs. Pitt Brownell should have called for the ball to be thrown somewhere between half court and top of circle on the other end of court if they catch it and make shot over 60-80 foot away at least as the coach you would make the correct call ,throwing it in underneath Pitts goal was stupid ,even in youth league games.Good coach would have known that would be the only play from throw in!!! Stupid coaching seems to run in the Clemson coaching circles!

Taking this group of players to the brink of 5th place and the NCAA tourney, clearly Brownell has no clue what he's doing. I told y'all we should've hired that Martin guy. He's obviously a genius.

You are so correct...UConn. As time passes so does the mind. And yes, the % play would have been to throw it long...in hindsight.

I have no problem with the call. Most coaches call the short pass but usually it is a good pass and the player can hold on to it to get fouled.

The Villanova game was the one that we lost the incredible lead in the second half. Another gut wrenching example of snatching defeat from a sure victory.
