Off topic question for the off season....

I plan to cook a whole hog in my IPTAY parking space for the first home football game. Does anyone have a good BBQ sauce recipe I could borrow?
Sirius replies only. And, if anyjuan recommends some mustard, non-vinegar based shyatt, they will be looked upon with shame and disgust and also risk getting a TD.
TIA

I have a great vinegar based recipe that includes mustard!
Seriously, I do have one but it's at the house. I'll get and send it to you.

I am pretty sure you are supposed to remove the hog's fur before putting it on the shish kabob thingy.

I would recommend the following
Jun 17, 2019, 12:45 PM
|
|
1 gallon of vinegar, apple cider or white Mustard, a whole tub of it 1 teaspoonful of lard 3 teaspoonfuls of banana pudding, (not the kind with meringue) 1 bottle of Louisiana hot sauce Cayenne pepper to taste 6 eyes of a sea turtle The urachus of any animal that has a urachus 1 cup of brown sugar 1 cup of white sugar Boil until thoroughly mixed. It will bring tears to your eyes
