Bring on the hate

Apr 14, 2013, 1:19 PM

I hope this is the start of the ole fashioned rivalry hate we used to share with them dawgs. I grew up in an era where we despised each other, talked trash all year and usually the team that won had a great year, the team that lost had a poor to mediocre year.
My best friend refused a great job in Atlanta years ago because he refused to live in Georgia, since that is the home of UGA.
That may seem over the top, and it probably is, but man, I love this rivalry and the fan hate it stirs up.

If you didn't recognize him, then how do you know you saw him?

This is very troubling news. Why would 3 of our players....

Apr 14, 2013, 2:05 PM

visit Georgia if they are already committed to Clemson?! Somebody needs to explain commitment to these guys. We should withdraw their offers immediately!

badge-donor-10yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I like that we did that

Apr 14, 2013, 2:34 PM

We've had players and coaches before at our spring games I think, that is a very smart thing to do you get to get see some of their new players or maybe some new formations. I think we should have visited the chicken spring game as well. Learn as much about your opponent as possible.

Wonder who UGA sent yesterday; anbody recognize

Apr 14, 2013, 2:35 PM

any Georgia players. Oh yeah, they're not overly concerning themselves with the Clemson game.

Link?

Apr 14, 2013, 3:55 PM

It is good rhetoric but I don't know any fans, players or coaches that are not concerned with 8/31. (Opinions of trolls don't count)

We'll have to differ on this one. I do not get that from this article. Georgia is definately not preparing for Clemson right now ... just like Clemson is not working on the Georgia game plan. Just don't see how you can get your fur ruffled over this article.

Not over hyping season or opener at this point of the year does not mean you do not take it seriously.

Maybe they should have taken some more defensive guys

Apr 14, 2013, 5:27 PM

I would rather have our D players watching their offense. ;)
