I'll bet they at least contact and "interview" Danny Morrison for the job? He has "that way" about him, like water off a duck's back - nothing sticks, and he always seems to succeed. I knew him as the AD at Wofford back in the day. I'll never forget walking around the campus on a 98 deg. day, while in a full suit and tie, for about two hours while inspecting the athletic fields, and he never broke a sweat - and not a hair on his "high and tight" head was ever out of place. Oh, and always a perfect tan! I personally can't stand the SOB, for many reasons, but apparently he's kind of a cult figure here in S'burg. and has done well for himself. Perhaps the perfect commissioner for some conference or another.

to the ACC as Commissioner. Went to Clemson with Bobby and new Danny when he lived in Spartanburg. Both of them have great credentials.

Given that list I think Carla Williams is the most probable. Her biggest weakness is she apparently has no ties to Tobacco Road.

Michael Kelly and Karl Hicks would also be another absolute no. No one who worked under Swofford should be a candidate.
The fact that the writer even remotely mentions Debbie Yow more than establishes that he's a complete dumba$$.
