You are what your record shows you are...right now he is a good coach...could improve to Great but he has some work to do. He does seem like a great man...

the poor recruiter and coach he is the past 5 to 9 years. He took over a darn fine program, then had a series of great assistants (Paw, Sully, Corbin). Since then, we've gone down hill.
