Clemson has apparently never turned down an opportunity to raise seat equity prices either! The alunni non-alumni bit is just that - a bit perpetrated by Tnet goofballs. Tell your non-alumni friend to save his millions to use to preserve his seats! Clemson will understand (at some point)!

I get the feeling those most outraged at the rise in seat equity were sitting in good seats and paying the minimum to do so. Many were happy to charge $500 a seat for marquee games. The University found out the real market for those seats, raised the equity prices and now those people are p!ssed. I don't have much sympathy. Now people that have been paying more but relegated to poor seats can move to better seats.

I really think Clemson should auction off the best seats every year to determine the true market value.
