This is actually a non-event. Pretty obvious a decision on playing football won't be made in time to have an August 6 game.

I'm not necessarily optimistic about football this fall but don't let this cancellation get you down. The massive increase in COVID-19 cases over the country is what should worry you. If new infections don't plummet like a stone in the next 2-3, kiss 2020 football goodbye.
