Really want to see them win. Mack Brown's time is running out and I do not want them sniffing around for The Chad. I think they will go out and get a proven head coach but this would be the ultimate dream job for Chad outside of Texas AM.

I fear you are right. This would be the special opportunity that the Chad referenced earlier this summer.
With the talent they have with the Chad at the helm, they could be scary good.

Really don't see Chad leaving early to mid-season when the team is at #4...only way I see he goes if Mack goes early is with a "finish this year" stipulation...otherwise, I think they look elsewhere.

we have had this conversation before. Chad explained that he interviewed but he didn't want the job. He is waiting on the perfect situation. He won't leave Clemson especially after he had the QB he wants coming next year.
