New ACC Sports Net-Since Clemson has fewer sports offerings than...

Many of the other ACC schools (Duke, UNC, Pitt, NC State) do you guys think the Athletic Dept will add any new teams?

It would seem that this network will be another great platform to sell your school brand in many places (Northeast) that aren't as familiar with Clemson. Fewer Sports teams = less coverage. More teams competing = more marketing opportunities.

If we had just one or two more Olympic sports teams, we might have been able to surpass Stanford this year and win the Directors Cup.

If so, what men's and women's sports team do you think they would add?

Perhaps things will change with the new network but I was present at an IPTAY meeting a short while ago and it was said that NO new sports were being added to the department

I think we would all like to see ladies softball.

How have the additional marketing opportunities worked out for the teams you mentioned? Clemson will do just fine concentrating on what we do best.
