WSPA. Guy has been rambling for 15 minutes saying the same thing. I know it’s serious but you would think the apocalypse is coming.

Am I the only one that thinks this is ridiculous. Doing split screen with the game

No. Nothing unusual all stations pretty much do this now in severe weather.

somebody said the local meteorologist didn't warn them of something and they ended up slipping in a mud puddle and twisted an ankle to the tune of a $100k lawsuit.

Fox Carolina has 3 meteorologist on this Tornado Warning in Anderson County right now.

About 10-15 years ago they changed the definition of a Tornado Warning from "Funnel reported on ground" to "Thingie that looks tornado-ish on radar." This has created a cry wolf effect, because 95% of the warnings are now false positives. However, they are great for news and weather ratings so now we get 20x the useless coverage and no gain in safety.
