Need preventative medicine guidance

Son was just diagnosed with flu this morning. My doc won't let me start on Tamiflu unless I start showing symptoms.

Problems is that I'm flying to Panama City (the country of Panama .. not spring break) for the next week. I didn't find out until late that vaccinations for Measles, Hepatitis A, and Typhoid are recommended (never mind the lower risks for Yellow Fever, Malaria, and Rabies).

Doctors of the Lunge ... what OTC medicine can I start pumping to give me a chance of healthy survival for the next week?

some water that your son has gurgled already, and you will get the flu, and you can take the Tamiflu. Problem solved.
