CURIOSITY SIXTY SEVEN (Tree House Double IPA - 7.9% ABV) For this curious exploration into the art and science of hoppy beers, we utilized all Citra hops paired with our singular house yeast. It is buoyed by a simple grist of pale malt and a huge addition of oats in the grist. This is a contrast to Curiosity Sixty Five, starkly displaying the differences of these two highly coveted hop varieties when paired with our house yeast. We taste and smell fruit punch, potent citrus, and ripe guava bolstered by a strong base of oat character. This is a wonderful, potent beer that is sure to satisfy your citrusy hop cravin’ needs!
