NCAA investigates Us of C of cheating scandal

After an extensive investigation, the NCAA found the university of SC on multiple infractions. However, after the investigation and a review of the the multiple 5 bombs dropped on them by several division one schools and their lack of awareness in knowing their place in the bottom dwellers of college football, the NCAA deemed that they punish themselves enough just by existing.

Additionally, the NCAA decided to allow them 25 extra scholarships per year and donated a substantial amount of money to the university to enhance their stadium by upgrading their wooden bleachers to aluminum, a nifty airtight trophy case to preserve all their trophies, to refill the fire extinguishers for the upcoming season entrances and for will Mischamps anger management classes.

JuCo's all across the country rejoice while schools like Coastal, Elon, Charleston Southern, and Gardner Webb has the sad !!!!

They could be allowed to have transfers from the NFL
