Probably because no one tests the pens ahead of time...simply assume they're work. That's folly.

for 15 minutes after the time to start. Hurry up and wait...stand in line, and make your buddy smile (do the drill sgts still say that these days?). I don't go to Disney World or Carowinds because of my time in the Army. I was done with lines and waiting haha.
