Muse's penalty was definitely not a throat slash

It was definitely suppose to be a "mouth wipe" after pretending to drink the football as if it were a beer. However, he did the mouth wipe a little to low and it looked like a throat slash. He should know that none of that is allowed on the college level and definitely deserved the penalty for an unsportsman-like conduct.

It was a selfish act.
