Merry Christmas Tigers

As I sit here at my desk waiting on my vacation to start, it never ceases to amaze me how far our Tigers have come. I was a student when Tommy West was our coach. I saw us poop the bed against Syracuse in the Gator Bowl in what I think was McNabb's freshman year. My wife and I were dating when I took her to West's last game against Brad Scott's Gamecocks. (Still hard to fathom that Brad Scott was their coach when you think of how much he and his son have meant to our Tigers!)

I saw Ga Tech come back and beat us in the valley when we had a 10 point lead with 2 minutes to go. Saw our Tigers beat #3 FSU in the valley a week after getting blow out by Wake. Looking back we probably had the most schizophrenic team in America under Bowden.

Now are Tigers are one of the elite programs in America. We play and win meaningful games in December and January and members of the media actually pick us to win. I realize there are more games played each year now than there was years ago but if I heard it correctly the other night on the radio, if our Tigers can win the next 2 games, our senior class will be the winningest senior class in the history of college football.

Win or lose it is great to be a Tiger!! Merry Christmas and here's to a fantastic end of 2018 and a joyous fantastic start to 2019!!

we went to south Florida and beat a ranked Miami
team in overtime, then lost to Duke the next week.
To say we lacked consistency would be an understatement.
