Memorial Stadium Upgrade Wish List

Would love to see upgrades to stadium for the common people. Some sections with stadium seating as in west end zone, maybe some awing over parts of lower deck. Add some mens restrooms. Any suggestions for wish list?

Plan we saw is to take all the seats under the overhang
on north side etc.. and make them high dollar club seats
like WEZ with access to box behind. So normal IPTAY donor
will be moved down and up as needed... not about common
fan.. sorry but that is what we saw.
