Not having a Blockbuster is costing us recruits...

I thought we learned our lesson with the Chick-fil-A debacle, but apparently not. According to @gootigers we don't have a book or video store. If someone doesn't build a new Blockbuster and Books-A-Million pronto we're gonna fall behind.

Clemson has had an on campus Chick-fil-A for about 8-10 years. It was on campus when the player said he was going to Auburn.

It's okay, don't be rude. Some people live their lives in the here and now. They don't have time for jokes and sarcasm. I bet there's some books he could buy at the BAM...or a movie he could rent at the Blockbuster that could help him understand the premise of sarcasm.
Do you have a Blockbuster membership card you could loan him? That'd be swell.

I'll say that we have the requisite facilities in place...

there are several redbox machines in town... and we have the student bookstore in addition to McClure's bookshop dt. Those saying that we have no such facilities have just failed to do their research... just like those recruits who obviously failed to eat at the Chick fil A in the canteen...

never turned it back in one year while i was a student. They put a bench warrant out for my arrest, and i had to pay a big fine. But i still have the movie, in its Blockbuster case, so who's laughing now?

I'm going to start a local video service store
May 25, 2016, 9:25 AM
|
|
My brother lives just off 29 north of Hanna High School, I'm going to work it out with him to take requests from our students for the latest vhs tapes, cassette tapes and videos/reel to reel/super & hi8/16's.
Plus I could produce my own movies or versions of movies using my tripods, remote slides and my hifi Super VHS Sears-O-matic real deal movie camera.
I could mail the latest video to my brother and he could slide by campus every night in his Córdoba to personally deliver the videos and pick up my cash or money orders.
No reason to loose another recruit over videos.
If anyone has books in the local Clemson area I could workout renting your books and giving you a $$$ cut!
