LCL Recovery
"Expected recovery usually occurs in 3 weeks to 3 months, depending on the severity of the injury, although lingering minor stiffness and soreness for six months is not uncommon"

This is for a Grade 1 sprain, which would be a best-case scenario. So I very much doubt we see him vs. SCAR, but a good chance he can be around for the bowl game and definitely/obviously back at the start of next season.

Put a brace on it, he will be fine.***

Yeah the Cedars Sinai website says minimum 8 weeks for full recovery on the type 1 sprain , either of the other types are 3 months plus and possibly a surgery if its torn.
Still, great news that he avoids the ACL demon !

Cole has been playing with a shoulder sprain all year.

It's pain tolerance more than anything. Structurally, he's fine.

I'm betting he's a go.

I bet he will play too.***
