Anish Shroff, Kelly Stouffer and Brooke Weisbrod for spending some airtime talking about Dabo and his philosophy of getting as many players into the game as possible to reward hard work at practice. How Dabo brings the human touch to the millions $$ industry and makes Mothers and Fathers proud to get a chance to see their kids on National TV. The extra clip they showed on Daniel Rodriguez is always a great Human Interest story. No other team in the country can boast the same for their Student Athletes!

season, but it's worthless if we lay an egg on the field. Last year and so far this year we are performing on the field and changing perceptions.

Ford had a similar attitude. Clemson easily could have had a Heisman winning RB in the 80s, but Ford believed in spreading it around and winning as a team. If you were 2nd string on the defense you played as much as the starters. And he rotated a lot of receivers and OL as well.

Give Dabo credit for remembering what it was like when he played at Bama .

All players need to get in a game .

Riding the pine makes unhappy players .

I think Dabo honestly understands more than a majority of big program coaches the significance of helping these student athletes. He was a walk-on most of career and worked in corporate world for a few years. He wasn't always in football and knows how important a background for these players is.
