Knowing what you know now..would you get married again?

Oct 31, 2019, 8:58 AM

I mean to the same person. Take your kids out of the equation, cause had you got married to someone else and had kids, you'd love them too.

Would you re-marry the same person again?    [Results]

Yes! Definitely
No! Get me away from her!

Oct 31, 2019, 9:09 AM

Will I ever get married again if something happens with us, or to her?? H e l l no.

One and done.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

This doesn;t make sense to me.

Oct 31, 2019, 9:29 AM

You wouldn't get married again if she died, but you'd marry her again if you had it all to do over again?

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

It makes sense to me

Oct 31, 2019, 9:42 AM

Just saying I won't take a second wife.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

absolutely. I only wish i had done it sooner

Oct 31, 2019, 10:19 AM

but had i married her much sooner she would have been a minor.

I joke that I wish she had been my prom date.

She was in 5th grade.

We will be 20 years in 2020.

I doubt seriously I would get married if something happened to her. But i must admit Love is a good feeling when you have a good partner.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

So far, only 8 folks said no way. 26 said yes way.

Oct 31, 2019, 11:10 AM

I had no idea that many people in here married rich <img border=">

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Make it 27

Oct 31, 2019, 11:23 AM

She understands me and loves me. She's not afraid to say stop being stupid or remind me that I am the most most important person in her life. You did say excluding kids, grandkids, etc. :)

Now then, would I marry again if something happened to her? Ain't no freaking way. It's hard to explain but I really don't think I could love another enough to marry.

Great families and their own businesses.
It’s not all been a bed of roses, but she keeps me from doing stupid chit....

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

This is why I said to remove your kids from the equation.

Oct 31, 2019, 11:55 AM

Had you had children with someone else, who's to say they wouldn't have done the exact same thing? Maybe ever better?

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

God watches over children and fools.

Oct 31, 2019, 1:29 PM

HAWT TAKE

Nov 1, 2019, 2:19 PM

current count is 40yes-13no. there is currently at 50% divorce rate. all 13 who answered no will end up divorced, 13 who answered yes haven't figured out who she's sport forking yet.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

kidding of course

Nov 1, 2019, 2:19 PM

right?

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Just because 50% of marriages end in divorce doesn't mean

Nov 1, 2019, 2:30 PM [ in reply to HAWT TAKE ]

that 50% of people who get married get divorced. I believe 70%+ of all people get married and stay married. I'm too lazy to look up the numbers.

NINE??

Nov 1, 2019, 3:52 PM [ in reply to PorschePrefect's ]

1) He must have never had anything to start with, or a metric SHITTON of cash. Because after splitting that in half 9 times, there can't be anything left.

2) After NOIN times, maybe its not them. I'm saying after TWO times maybe its not them, but thats a whole 'nother thing.

3) WHY TF would anyone want to get married 9 times? How emotionally draining is that??

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Nein. #FTFY

Nov 1, 2019, 4:02 PM

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

From the internets, so it must be true.

Nov 1, 2019, 4:04 PM [ in reply to Just because 50% of marriages end in divorce doesn't mean ]

Honestly, I thought it would be much higher in first marriages.

6. Almost 50 percent of all marriages in the United States will end in divorce or separation.

7. Researchers estimate that 41 percent of all first marriages end in divorce.

8. 60 percent of second marriages end in divorce.

9. 73 percent of all third marriages end in divorce.
