"I'm going to announce Friday at halftime of my game," Foster said. "The announcer is going to have something prepared to say over the loudspeaker, and I'm going to walk out on the field and pull the hat out of the school that I choose."
Clemson: "I guess I'm really comfortable with the staff there. My family really likes it, and I know everybody down there. I can major in engineering, too. They have a great defense. They would move me around at different linebacker spots and even walk me up to defensive end, where I would stand up or put a hand in the ground."
Georgia: "I didn't get to visit a lot, but when I did, I really liked campus. I know the coaches well, and I would play outside linebacker and some defensive end in their 3-4 scheme."
Tennessee: "The atmosphere there is great. Even if you don't like campus, you fall in love at a game. They would use me a little bit different from Clemson and Georgia. I'd play one of the two middle linebacker spots in their 4-3."

Its the timing of his announcement that tells me he is coming to Clemson. Just after Louisville game and Clemson was the last school that he visited.
