Joungers, How much water do you drink on a daily basis?

It depends.
A normal day of sitting on my asss with light activity, I may drink 60oz give or take.
If I'm out in the field at work, or doing a ton of yard work, I may drink as much as 160oz.
Beer, coffee, and other drinks not included... just plain H20.

Monster Energy Drink intake. I'd suggest somewhere between 6-8 cans a day from the symptoms you're describing.

Throughout the week, maybe only 60-70 ounces a day. Then I usually crush 5 or 6 bottles of water before I start drinking on Saturday's and Sunday's. I always try to drink at least a couple of big glasses of water before I go to bed after I've been drinking too.
Basically, my water intake is directly correlated to my alcohol intake.

I cut out all sodas and sweet tea back in May/June. About once a week I'll have a gatorade.
This past weekend I had a headache and took a couple of generic aspirin that had 60mg of caffeine in each. I was f'in wired Saturday night.

already about 60oz in, will prob hit a total of 120-150oz before i leave work...
I might take a beer break tonight. If i do, tack on another 60-90oz probably, otherwise maybe 30oz more at home

Diet Pepsi's a day for a long time. Would drink the occasional water when hot/sweaty.
Now I probably drink 4 waters a day. Maybe 1 Diet Coke (with Splenda - not aspartame.)

and I usually have around three of those per day at work. Sometimes more sometimes less. I pee about every 30-45 minutes it seems once I get through my coffee and the first half gallon of water.

I don't know exactly how much that really is because there is lots of ice in the cup.
I'll estimate about 100oz.
I do drink a diet soda on the way to work in the AM to get me moving (because I hate coffee).
But the rest of the day is water.

I basically drink 4-5 or more twenty oz tumblers of water per day at work because it gives me a reason to get up and walk around.

Probably between 45 and 70 ounces depending on my schedule. 2 or 3 cups of coffee... I've all but elimiated sodas and on blue moons I'll drink sweet tea.
Use honey for sweetener in my coffee.
Drink 8 ounces first thing every morning and around that before bed.
