Who else should be on the court besides Jennings?

I don't see what people realize about the two words "NO DEPTH."
If we had a better alternative I'm sure Brownell would have him in there, as it is we don't so Jennings will continue to play the rest of the year.

A lot of people wrote him off. Now with the way he has performed again this year people are infuriated with why he still plays.

Booker and KJ are better then him in terms of offense and defense and if you're talking about being reliable then Hall, Filer, and roper should be put before him as well.

Player GP MIN PPG RPG APG SPG BPG TPG FG% FT% 3P% Devin Booker 22 31.0 12.4 8.0 0.9 0.6 1.1 1.7 .548 .607 .143 K.J. McDaniels 22 27.2 11.0 4.8 0.7 1.3 2.0 1.5 .448 .689 .333 Milton Jennings 20 28.6 10.4 6.2 1.8 1.0 1.1 2.3 .416 .714 .385
I'd say McDaniels and Jennings are comparable based on those stats with Jennings taking the slight edge on rebounds and steals to give him 2nd best.

There's no stat for affect on team morale, confidence and ill timed screwup percentage.
KJ is atleast exciting to watch, seemingly always well positioned and hustles like a biggity #####.

blind TigerNet hatred you have for the kid...but do you forget when Jennings hits a huge three to put momentum in our favor or snags a big board? Of course not, you're blinded by your agenda.
KJ is greatly improving and will be competing for the best player on the team next year.

Feb 10, 2013, 10:45 PM

I don't hate him and I don't even know him as a person.
But as a basketball player that was recruited at a certain level and never met any potential and still plays constantly in key situations...scholarship or not I "hate" that people feel sorry for him and he's always in the negative spotlight when games are coming down to the wire.
Whatever makes y'all feel better. Honesty hurts sometimes, but atleast I'm not running away from the truth. Dude is average at best compared to our players. Below average compared to any top notch school which we should really be aiming for

s of milton jennings. It is about the fact that he is not good at basketball and the majority of the fan base would like to see him not play as much. I also know that he has been suspended 3 times for various team violations....time to move on from the 4 year milton jennings experiment.

Do you realize he leads the team (once again) in turnovers AND has been suspended for a few games this year as well. I just don't get how you can sit here and defend a player that has struggled as much as he has especially with the way the season is has gone and his performance the past few games.

Well for one Sammy was suspended in the offseason and it was only once. Your boy was suspended 3 times (two of which were during the season)
When you get caught smoking weed 2 days before the game it really puts things into perspective. I now see why he turns the ball over at an alarming rate.
Like I said, stop bringing sammy watkins into this. He will go on to be a first round pick in his sport. Milton Jennings will probably never play basketball again in 32 days.

to try somebody new? Like I have been saying, this season is over. There is almost zero percent chance of postseason play. Why not go ahead and play some of the younger guys and see if they can help lead this team next year or into the future. We both know what Milton brings to the table and it doesn't begin with leadership or consistency that you would expect out of a senior.
