I do believe he will face some charges and FSU will be forced to let Winston go. FSU will be back to mediocre next year.

If you looked at all the records, phone calls, eye withness accounts & tests done on victim & clothes..it's pretty obvious a sex act occurred (at least one that was violent in nature, a one-time thing, with discrepancies in both parties stories).
Saying..it's difficult to take this kind of possible crime to a grand jury and get a conviction.
And Young Lady, don't get boozed and/or drugged up, get in a taxi with 2-3 guys you don't know.
No, you didn't deserve any of this..and you probably were raped, but don't let it be a possibility again due to putting yourself into this type of situation..for you will lose every time.
Case closed..and Jameis Wins Again.

if charges come after NC game and there is any hint of favoritism & this could be the same as Penn State. folks turning a blind eye to see that their beloved school wasn't tarnished during this special season. Auburn did the same thing w/ Cam, but they were only dealing w/ NCAA rules that don't have the same juris prudence as criminal charges.
