And I can't believe the 40 time

He is the fastest human I have ever seen including CJ, Jacoby etc.

He takes off like a rocket and gets faster as he goes. CJ was quick and fast but Sammy is different. Sammy caught that ball against UGA and nobody could catch him even with angles and he took hits that slowed him down.

We can all name other examples but that guy was a speedster and it showed on the field. I am guessing he is more of a fast 100metrr guy and the 40 doesn't do him justice.

Another guess is he is a 4.37 kind of guy but that first 15 yds nobody is close then he maintains 4.37 speed and leaves everybody in the dust.

Who knows, all I know is he is fast and the 40 time was not what I expected. Doesn't matter, the nfl guys saw the same games and more detail than I saw so they know he is always the fastest guy with or without the ball on the field.

He will be fine

Sammy's acceleration/brakes are what make him dangerous....

CJ and Sammy can both get top speed in a step while most people take 2.5. They can also hit the air brakes and switch directions effortlessly which makes them look that much 'faster' than everyone else on the field. Don't put that much stock into the 40. He will make up with it in the shuttle etc...
