I'll give Cat a pass. He says that during the Kav

scene he was taking the due process line, like reasonable people do, rare as those may be. I believe him. Hey, that sounds catchy.
During the Kav hearings I almost began to feel reasonably about Feinstein. I've never talked to the lady, so you have to read between the lines, and nobody was hotter about that whole fiasco than Graham, and he seemed to be directing his anger to someone in her office. He said he believed her statement that she didn't leak it, that she maybe was going to never bring it up. It was almost like they were friends of respect when out of the spotlight. The other sobs on that panel were just in it for themselves, but she seemed to by trying to get though it.
But I do remember some of the things she said, and when I read that article about her recent comments I just had to write her off. That was a head snapping hypocritical swivel.
To be honest, I would much rather a Feinstein type just openly say, "Look, everybody shut up. We screwed up with Kav. We apologize, and we need to stop this. Honestly, I care little about what Reade says. If it happened last week, that's one thing, but that was a lifetime ago, and Joe's my guy no matter what happened back then. Two people were making out in a closet. Geez. I wish it had a been me." Fine, I can go with that. But this other is nasty business.

But you don't have to believe me. I made a lengthy post about it during the Kavanuagh hearings and said for the good of America, in these situations, we must err on the side of the accused lest we risk innocent people going down for false allegations. I'll try to find the post.
I'll always prefer a guilty man walking free if it means keeping an innocent man from being destroyed.
Bengaline knows I posted that and simply chooses to pretend he doesn't. He's trolling.

What do people insist on comparing Biden, a Presidential Candidate, to a Federal judge nomination?
Why don't they compare him to another Presidential Candidate, Donald Trump. Biden's not running for the Supreme court.

The two cases are not remotely similar. Just look them:
Ford has no corroborating evidence, no witnesses who could back her account. She didn't know how she got to the place where this supposedly happened, and she can't remember how she got home. No one can remember hearing about the account. The alleged perp had no history of such behavior, and his handwritten calendar puts him in another place. With that body of evidence, clearLy she "must be believed", because how the hell else do you make a case? With nothing to go on, she "must be believed", because otherwise you got nothing.
With Reade you have people who heard her talk about it at the time it happened, and we have her mother on tape talking about it on national TV. The alleged perp has been touching and kissing everybody in sight. With that sort of evidence there is no reason to "believe her", because we can and should can and should discredit. No reason to "believe her", because we have all this other stuff we can choose to not believe just because we don't want to.
I hope that clears it up for you hate mongers. Geez.

Yet the thing that matters most to me is that both women...

are dead set on usurping the power of the American voters and undoing our will. We elected Trump on a promise to nominate judges just like Kavanaugh. The dems have, for all practical purposes nominated Biden to represent them in the upcoming presidential election.
Did Trump abuse women? Yes and yet he was elected by voters. Did Joe abuse women? You've seen his creepy advances on video.
If we impose our moral standards on politicians we would never vote. During my entire life I've believed one man, and only one was a Christian. Jimmy Freaking Carter. He turned out to be the worst POTUS in my life next only to Obama.
It's pretty clear that we do not select representatives according to their moral acts. We elect them because we believe they are the lesser of the evils available.

So, you going to lead a petition to investigate Trump's accusers, even if just a handful of the 25?
Or, are you the hypocrite?

Felix, the very what about ism that you decry here ALL the time you have displayed perfectly. Ironic huh? The thing about this is the very same group of DEMS that played political games with BK are now trying to employ a Jedi mind trck. This is not the perv you seek, move along.
If we are gonna do it to one it must be done to all, simple ,fair and equal right?
Oh, the lame excuse about it is different for a SCOTUS appoinment and Presidential candidate is seriuosly funny, maybe if it was persued with the Donald the outcome would have been different. Trump is a pig, has zero ability to speak publically and is generally a moran and the left let him slip by when it could have done something t alter the election. Doubtful since HRC was the selection, the hate for HRC was far to great.

Ok, so are we going to take seriously the 25 women who have accused Trump of sexual abuse, 2 of them rape, now? Or do we just give him a pass because he's....your guy?
