Well, I went and did it again.

Decided to build a new home. This time, it won't be Ryland/CalAtlantic/Lennar Homes incurring my wrath.
Lucked out finding new construction in the lower tax rate part of town, and will be much closer to COTA/ABIA, while still under 30 mins commute time to the capitol.
Place is gonna be nice, especially for me and the pup.
