He's telling the truth. Americans that get governemnt assistance will generally vote for Obama. Americans that don't pay income taxes will vote for Obama.
Kudos to him for telling like it is, and standing by it.

not to Hollywood and Mexican Immigrants. They want a man who believes the same things they do not someone who criticises them for "clinging to guns and religion". They want a man who believes in the American system of democracy and capitalism. They want a person who loves America.
It dosen't matter what Mr. Romney said because voting for him has all to do with the above issues and nothing to do with a quote about 47%.
JMHO.
AND BTW: I do think this belongs elsewhere too.

election after election democrats put up someone exactly with the same philosophy as the last (Bush to Obama) and Republicans put up someone with the same philosophy as the last (Obama to Romney)....

when he stated all of those people were content to let the govt support them.
He was trying to be dramatic for some $50K donors when he believed he was completely off the record. I'm sure Obama says some things when he believes he's off the record.
