And the guy had a great point.
They spoke with OU people after the game,and they said that ''maybe they didn't want to be there because they we're in the sugar bowl last year and it was a 'step down''', well the guy responded by saying ''well CU was in the orange bowl last year'' so its safe to say OU can't use that excuse....

still re-hashing the '89 Citrus Bowl and how they didn't really want to be there. Switzer still refuses to comment on it to this day.

I guess that's just how the Sooners deal with losses.

generally a pretty clean program but Switzer was dirty enough to leave a permanent stain in Norman IMO

I agree. Stoops seems to run a pretty classy and clean program. Switzer has no place in college football, and I'm glad he's gone.
