Saying, where is this mentality coming from & when is a loss a LOSS?!

If Clemson had lost in 3rd game vs NDame but still played lights out & undefeated, they would be lucky to be "in" Top 10...IMHO.

But good news is..Clemson didn't lose or wasn't even tied by The Domers..and haven't lost a single game..like half the top 6.

So, we are #1 & have the look of #1 tOO! (Sorry Iowa!)

Way they would say 2 loss msu jumps 1 loss nd or 1 loss big 12 winner, especially if they second loss is the last game of the year.

In this case what if msu loses to Iowa.

Clearly Iowa is in. Now they make a case for a 2 loss team.

Light didn't post it, But the only way that happens if more teams have 2 loses also. ...alabama, ok, nd..tcu.. heck even 3 loss Stanford would jump msu if they win out.

The biggest flaw is assuming the committee will throw in 2 teams from the same conference. Just wont happen this year so stupid to talk about it.

They are saying that now because there is a possibility that the best the SEC has this year is a 2 loss team. They want to be able to work a Florida or Alabama into the championship conversation in December without it looking too biased.
