so it can simmer all day.

Basically it's a variation of Sicilian Gravy with a few twist. Adding pancetta to the normal beef and Italian sausage. The milk and stock are a a bit different.

Gonna use red instead of white wine. No damm carrot or celery ugghh. Gonna use zucchini and shrooms. Got some fresh pappardelle pasta at Whole Foods. Of course red pepper flakes.
