I've done it before, is is really easy to do. You have to be a season ticket holder. Basically, you log on to your account and select the game and seats to transfer and then put in the new owners name, address, email and phone number and submit. The new owner will get an email to complete the transfer - the printable tickets they receive have a new barcode assigned so the original tickets are worthless.

Yes, they just need to have access to a computer with a printer to print them out. Only takes a couple of minutes.
