This seems like a bad look:

Lady Antebellum: We are dropping antebellum because we decided it's better for society and our african american fans and to support social justice. Now we are Lady A!

Lady A: Hey, wait, that's my name.

Lady A, Jr.: Hey let's hug and share.

Lady A, Sr.: Okay.

Lady A, Sr.: Wait, this agreement doesn't look so much like sharing.

Lady A, Jr.: *files lawsuit against Lady A, Sr. to force her to share the name the way they want to, claiming they have gone by Lady A and patented the name since 2011*
