Would the coaching staff consider trying to lose on purpose?
Im just worried that we may not make the playoff if we are the only team without a "quality loss" by the end of the season

We would need to lose to the coots, a loss to an SEC team - what is more quality than that? Too bad it is an away game, losing at home to an SEC team gives you the best chances to make it to the top.

with Williams throwing picks right to defensive players and all over Charlotte, we'd be hard pressed to let the score even once or twice.
I mean he's a "see the other jersey, throw it right at them in big games" it appears.
I don't know but would it be a penalty not to line up any defensive players?

Maybe you should go back and read some of the posts today about ESPN and the SEC and bias and how a one loss SEC team is better than an undefeated team from any other conference.
Maybe then you'll get it.
