If the players had hit 40% of those take away shots they win by 4 or 5. Players have to own this one.

The guy can't recruit!!! If Newman and Trapp are going to be playing a lot on minutes next year, we are in very big trouble. These 2 guys cannot play at this level. Both of them played a lot today, and really neither one of the made a really good, winning type play. YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO SHOOT!!! It's as bad as a QB dropping back , picture perfect and missing most of his receivers. Either you can or you can't .... And they can't.

Those shots Clemson players missed any average player should make at least 40% of the time. Those were pretty high percentage shots that you have to make.
I thought Coach B had a good game plan but the players failed to execute.

Isn’t this the same thing that is said after every BB game? Apparently no loss or win is because of the coach, why do we even have one?

There are games where Coach B makes some bad decisions but today’s game is all own the players. I don’t care how much your practice. Those shots Clemson missed are ones you have to make if not you cannot expect to win.
I think Coach B or past Clemson Basketball coaches recruit the best they can based on history of program, facilities, fan support and lack of admin support. Plus the proximity of Duke and NC in relation to Clemson’s location.
