IPTAY Credential Packet?

I joined IPTAY at the end of June, and other than emailed ticket sales promotions, I haven't received anything.

I called the IPTAY office today to ask if I should have already received a credential packet with membership card, decal(s), and whatever else is included.

The person that I spoke with assured me that my membership is fine, but my materials had not been mailed because "...the printer is broken, and there is a delay."

What?? Can anyone let me know how this normally works (the membership, not the printer)?

I actually called also today for the same reason. I graduated in May and joined the young alumni IPTAY program in May (same credentials). They never said anything to me about a broke printer but said I should expect the package in the next three weeks (after the first games). I was not too worried about it, but hey i would like my stickers i paid for. Hahaha

Well, at least it's not only me, LOL.

I agree that it would be nice to have the packet materials before the season is half over....

Interesting that there is a current thread "IPTAY raises record 56.6 Million 2015-16."
.....so fix the printer, please.
