that game many think they would have won the National Title.

Tigers came into that game ranked #6 and the #1 ranked defense in country under Ron Dickerson.

Rob Bodine was nose guard and Tigers were loaded on defense.

I was there and quite a game!

This game was another good example of how poor of a coach was Hatfield. We had an option orientated offense and an so-so passing attack. Georgia had issues that season stopping the run. I think even Vanderbilt ran all over them in Athens that season, or as Larry Munson said Little Vanderbilt. So Hatfield throws the ball over and over. I think he ran the option one time and it went for 40 or 50 yards. Then back to passing and punting. So, if we had won that game, Hatfield would have found another one to choke.

And, I was not happy!

I thought Clemson was best team in country in 1990 by end of season.

I went to the bowl game and watched Clemson destroy Illinous 30-0
