I don’t think the ship has totally sailed

We are 8 days from a bye week. As long as he is still going to class, I could see a situation where he comes to his senses and approaches Dabo who if approached correctly would take it to the Srs and then the team. I think they would all let him back if that is what he wanted. He needs to clear his head and talk to some people who have been there not some wannabes or family that is just agreeing/defending because he is family (if that is what he’s doing now )

I think he has definitely gotten some bad advise...

from those people within his inner circle.
Going to the local newspaper and making statements that were categorically false may have burned a bridge.

Going to class, with a plan w the coaches to make up anything the coaches required he would be fine there- any rules about attending class and interim grades would be the team rules- nothing from the school or NCAA requirements would effect his eligibility for this semester -

Be doing online and I don’t believe there are any credit hours required by the NCAA other than being enrolled in a single class

A student athlete has to be considered a full time student. The fortunate thing is taking one class for a masters is considered full time.

That would be one h.e.l.l. of a story...especially if Clemson messed around and won a natty...we are talking a ESPN 30 for 30, shaving cream ads, the whole nine yards!

It is best that he not come back. The way he acted on the sideline at the spring game and at games when TL was in, shows that he is not ALL In with the well being or sucess of the team.Sorry to say.

We've handled personal issues before with Reader and Guillermo and we can handle them with KB.

I do not want him back

Saturday will end this fiasco. Plus if he is still taking a class then he should be charged tuition, fees, room and board, meals, etc. from the first day he missed practice. He wasn't on an academic scholarship, prorate that $ht.... his attitude in the spring and on the sideline is something that was reinforced by his comments, and who would want that back for any reason?...goodbye KB.
