I have heard we dropped him because of academics as well as other things. Don't know how accurate any of that is, however if he won't qualify it seems we could sign and place him if he wants to commit here.

That would be really feckin awesome. Haven't heard much from Settle since the summer HS camps, but I'm glad the coaches are still making him a priority. He would be a huge cherry on top of an incredible 2015 class.

I say sign the kid if he wants to be a Tiger. He's an incredible talent. Take a gamble on him and keep him on a short leash if you have to, but I definitely wouldn't turn him away.

It's probably Wilkins or bust at this point. Wilkins I think is the better talent overall.

Dropped him a long time ago because of grades and other red flags. Maybe he improved since the summer and the coaches re opened his recruitment but I have no idea.

Not sure I want him. Don't see him as a good prospect (probably somewhere around the level of Sterling Johnson instead). Too lazy, somewhat gifted athletically but slow off the ball and not as strong as his size would indicate. Basically the Spencer Region of defense.

of him...definitely got a good bit of spare Lbs around the waist area. But, if he's just freakishly talented for his size like the Fridge, then I'll take him...that prob isn't the case though :/
