I missed seeing the half empty stadium. Did it look bad on TV?

I left the game at halftime, and didn't have a TV at my tailgate.
But based on what I'm hearing, something should be done about the students not staying for the entire game.

It's easy to blame the students for empty seats...

but per capita there are more empty seats in the non-student section areas of the stadium... it is just spread out. the student section absences are highlighted more because the seating is more concentrated.
I didn't go back after half time of the App game... and so did 1/2 of all Clemson fans that day.

I stayed the whole game when I was at Clemson, but it was the same issue back then too. I can't say I blame a kid for wanting to go back and party when its hot, you're beating a cupcake team, and there's cold beer and good times to be had. Not a big deal, in my opinion.

Well, by "more students" I really just mean the frat dorks wearing pink shirts. And by "leave at half time" I mean old school fans like @hartins slaps them in their frat dork faces and kicks them out of the stadium.

I watched on TV, but I tend to watch the action on the field. So I missed the stands. Sorry I couldn't help.
