It’s Friday. I’ve been cooking all week. Don’t judge me!
Plus cold beer. And actually... bought some Early Times bourbon. New local liquor store didn’t have my usuals, so I tried another bottom/top shelf. It’s valuable and decent. Plus another bonded bourbon. Nothing to hate here.

Wife wanted Alice Springs chicken from Outback. Since poor and all I added white and orange cheddar cheese and sprinkled bacon bots. Darn near pulled it off. Pretty close.

Found American wagyu ground beef at Costco the other day so we’re doing burgers tonight. Gonna smoke them for about 45 minutes then try to put a reverse sear on them to finish.
