If they are not there you have done something wrong. They have been there for a few days and today they became transferable/downloadable.

I had a problem, maybe this helps.
If you had a former Ticketmaster log in, you might find yourself logged in only in the CFP app through Ticketmaster.
Make sure you log into the CFP app also (its strange situation)....then I found my bar coded tickets.

I remember having a similar issue last year. This year it all worked fine for me -- maybe because it was worked out the year before. The good news it eventually worked.

I don't know why the CFP app makes it so complicated to get it working. The Fiesta Bowl electronic ticketing was easy peasy.

reset my CFP account. After that, the tickets showed up and I moved them to my Apple wallet. Evidently, they had some of that going on.
