It's highly unnecessary and isn't good radio. I wouldn't be surprised if she just walks out one day and I wouldn't blame her. He has thousands of people thinking that she's an idiot when he puts her on the spot while she's trying to produce the show.

Also, when he is on remotes, he constantly hangs up on people or disconnects them because he simply has not Mastered a simple phone system!!! "Come on out, you will thank me later".
